Creative Support for a High-Tech UK Launch

Bringing a brand into a new market is a big moment. For IPS Group UK, the challenge was not only to launch with impact, but to do so in a way that felt consistent, confident and considered across every touchpoint.
Already a major player in high-tech parking systems in the US, Canada and Europe, IPS turned to oodle to help shape their UK debut. Our creative team provided end-to-end support across digital and graphic design, from day-to-day essentials through to high-profile exhibition assets.
Building a brand across print and screen
Working closely with the IPS marketing team, we began by creating the core tools they needed to do business — bespoke forms, business stationery and presentation templates. These were paired with more outward-facing digital assets like email footers, social media banners and marketing brochures. Alongside these external communications, we also designed and produced internal branding, including embroidered workwear, to help unite the growing UK team.
Brand consistency was key. Every item we created was tailored to the IPS visual identity, ensuring their look and feel remained cohesive across every platform and format.


Making an impression at Parkex
The centrepiece of the launch activity was IPS Group UK’s presence at Parkex — Europe’s largest dedicated parking conference. IPS commissioned oodle to design a completely bespoke stand that would reflect their innovation credentials and draw in a high-value audience of public sector leaders, strategists and buyers.
We created a 6m x 7m open-plan stand that combined strong visuals with function and flow. The structure featured vibrant graphics, built-in storage, high-spec plinths for smart parking meters and a central screen for animated content. Despite weighing in at 95kg each, the parking meters were seamlessly integrated, thanks to reinforced flooring and clever structural planning.
The sustainability brief was equally important. Our design ensured the stand could be dismantled, reused and adapted for future events, helping reduce waste and deliver long-term value.









A seamless design experience
In the months leading up to the exhibition, our project managers and designers worked closely with IPS to bring every element to life. Design concepts were refined, checked and approved in the workshop before installation and deadlines were met with zero drama.
We also supplied printed collateral and corporate merchandise to support the wider exhibition strategy, giving IPS everything they needed for a confident and cohesive presence.
